You (“You”, “Client” or “Your” means you or, for services designed for businesses, the legal entity that you are authorized to represent and on whose behalf the Services are purchased) are indicating your acceptance of, and agree to be bound to the Terms and Conditions set forth below by using AVRiQ (“We”, “our”, or “us”), its website: www.avriq.com (“website” or “site”), or by submitting any information to AVRiQ. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions set forth below, you must stop using the website immediately.


UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL AVRiQ BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT ARE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATED TO THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE, OR AVRIQ.COM’S SERVICES EVEN IF AVRIQ.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL AVRiQ HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CAUSES OF ACTION FOR MORE THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE OF ANY SERVICES YOU PURCHASED FROM AVRiQ IN THE APPLICABLE TRANSACTION. USE OF THE WEBSITE IS COMPLETELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

The following additional terms and conditions apply to all interactions between you and AVRiQ.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

AVRiQ will use commercially reasonable efforts to give you a wide range of handyman services for a fee as set forth in the Site or as quoted on the telephone, as applicable. We work in association with our service partners to render our services smoothly. We are associated with our partners only for marketing and customer services, and do not own them. So, our partners will be solely responsible for any disruption in their services and will revamp their services within the warranty period, if our clients are not satisfied with them. AVRiQ may provide certain portions of its service via telephone, online chat, email, or dispatching on-site professionals. AVRiQ provides services that are available on a one-time basis, for a fee as well as subscription services, which are an entitlement to more than one service over a period of time, for a recurring fee.
Online and On-site services will be performed by the AVRiQ’s partners and billed by AVRiQ.

ORDER SUBMISSION

You may order services from AVRiQ by calling AVRiQ or the chat option on AVRiQ’s website. We will connect you to the concerned service provider, with whom you can discuss the services you want to avail. You can get the real-time pricing and warranty on your ordered service from the concerned service partner. Services ordered receive customized quotes by phone and/or email. Once you place an order, you agree to pay fees for such service(s).

Additional terms and conditions for each type of service are as follows:
Online Chat Assistance-
We will provide online assistance on the computer for the problems that can be resolved online as indicated on the website regarding this service option.
On-site service:
Clients will get real-time pricing for the initial services. Once the services are initiated, on-site service shall be billed at the hourly rate quoted via telephone for all time spent on or off the work site. Experts will be billed in quarter hour increments rounded to the nearest half-hour. A one-hour minimum will be billed for any site visit to Client.

PAYMENTS

All the payments will be made in favor of AVRiQ.
Payments are secured via credit card information or ACH banking information provided by the client during the order submission or during an on-site visit. Client agrees to not dispute charges with the Credit Card Company.

CREDIT CARD AND ACH/ETF BILLING

You hereby authorize AVRiQ to charge and/or place a hold on your credit card or electronically debit banking information you provide with respect to any unpaid charges for services or products. You authorize the issuer of the credit card or bank to pay any amounts described herein without requiring a signed receipt, and you agree that these charges are to be accepted as authorization to the issuer of the credit card or bank to pay any amounts described herein without requiring a signed receipt, and you agree that these charges are to be accepted as authorization to the issuer of the credit card to pay all such amounts. You authorize AVRiQ to continue to attempt to charge and/or place holds with respect to all sums described herein, or any portion thereof, to your credit card or bank until such amounts are paid in full. You agree to provide AVRiQ with an updated credit card or banking information upon AVRiQ’s request and any time the information you previously provided is no longer valid. You acknowledge and agree that neither AVRiQ nor any AVRiQ affiliated company will have any liability whatsoever for any non-sufficient funds or other charges incurred by you as a result of such attempts to charge, and/or place holds on, your credit card or bank account. If you mistakenly provide a debit card number, instead of a credit card number, you authorize all charges described herein to be applied to such debit card unless and until you provide a credit card number. In the event, you are enrolled, or later enroll, in an automatic payment or electronic funds transfer plan, you agree that all sums described herein may be charged, at AVRiQ option, to the account number provided for such automatic payment or electronic funds transfer plan. When payment is made by credit card or debit card, payment will also be subject to the terms and conditions established by the credit or debit card issuer. If charges cannot be processed through your credit card, or if your bank draft or electronic funds transfer is returned for insufficient funds, we may charge you an additional $25.00 per transaction.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Clients are responsible for all working hours and/or services performed and expenses incurred until cancellation. Additional terms of specific service options are more particularly described below.
Cancellation charges for the services will be governed by the respective service provider & would differ from service to service.
On-site service cancellation:
On-site service orders that are cancelled will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.

RETURN POLICY

We have a transparent refund policy and offer you money (partially/completely) back if we are unable to deliver your service and/or on the cancellation of the service within 24 hours of the confirmation of the service.
There is no refund once the service is done. The concerned AVRiQ’s partner will only revamp your service within the warranty period if you are not satisfied.
At its sole discretion, AVRiQ may offer a partial refund on the basis of the varied cases.

WARRANTIES ON SERVICES

The warranty on services will be decided by the AVRiQ partners and based on the type of the service you acquire. The warranties will be set forth or quoted on the chat or on the telephone, as applicable.
Once the warranty for a service is defined and you did not report service problems or dissatisfaction prior to warranty period, you are not entitled to a refund or improvising in the services.
